Azuka Ugboh, a director in GTRich, tells BusinessDay recently that the estate that started early last year is currently delivering its promise of providing affordable homes to its clients and customers, who he described as partners in the project within the shortest period of time.
Lekki Gardens Estate Phase I is precisely located at kilometre 24 Lekki-Epe Expressway, says Ugboh, adding that the estate currently boasts of over 120 housing units of different configurations and designs to suit client’s taste.
