There are numerous ways to prepare, cook or bake seafood such as fresh fish pepper soup, grilled fish, fried fish and the list goes on.   4. Fish contains omega-3 fatty acids which according to research has been considered “Brain food” as it helps the young brain develop and protect it against diseases.
  5. Pregnant women are advised to eat cooked seafood, as it supports the brain and teeth development of the unborn child.
