The
excitement and drama of MTN’s Project Fame has begun!! Last Sunday on
the project fame stage in Lagos, 16 young West Africans sang to please,
not just the audience but the strict Project fame judges.
Several of them got the crowd on their feet cheering and applauding, they were outstanding even on the first nominations show.
Five out of the 16 even though they gave mostly decent performances, were considered below par and could face elimination from the Project Fame Academy after only two weeks. None of them wants to go home, and definitely not now. With N5million plus an SUV, N3m and a saloon car, another N2m plus a car and N2m to be won they all will be fighting hard to stay in the competition.
The drama has just begun on MTN’s project Fame with these first set of probation candidates now begging for viewers votes to keep them save from elimination. It is still early yet, so most of them may not have many fans who have followed them enough to vote for them, but by Friday when voting is concluded, one of them will be saved by viewer or friends votes. The others will be at the mercy of both the faculty and the other contestants in the academy to save them. At the end of the day, two of them will pack their bags and go home.
The five who didn’t make it this week and two of them will not make it back into the Academy are;
Ayoka(Voting # 1), Oluchi(Voting # 15), Simon (Voting # 17), Rowland(Voting # 16) and Leonard(Voting # 11). And Leonard is the only contestant from Sierra Leone this season, if he goes their hopes are gone.
They all looked great and dressed like stars but if they are not lucky to be saved they are going home.
Who will it be? Viewers decide by sending their voting numbers to MTN short code 306.
The drama and suspense have just begun on MTN PF 6.0 as this weekend contestants will go home and another set will be placed on probation. Don’t miss all the action daily on STV, ONTV, Soundcity, MiTV and NTA in Nigeria.
