Boxing legend, Muhammad Ali has died at the age of 74.
A family spokesperson has confirmed his death just two days after he was hospitalized for a respiratory illness.
Muhammed Ali was born Calsius Clay but changed his name when he became a Muslim.
He made a name as one of boxing’s greatest after beating Sonny Liston at just 22. He eventually retired after winning 56 of his 61 fights.
The former heavyweight champion suffered from Parkinson’s disease for many years.
He was a charismatic boxer and a showman and brought thousands of followers to the sport.
‘I am the greatest’ was a boast that eventually became synonymous with Ali.
