The year 2013 marks the 20th year of MultiChoice in Nigeria.To celebrate this epoch, an event to thank MCN’s diverse public has been planned. The show has been designed to tell the story of Multichoice in Nigeria from its arrival in 1993 to date, highlighting the highpoint and showing how the company has impacted positively on life in Nigeria.
This event will be broadcast Live on Africa Magic and is an evening of drama and music chronicling the success story of MultiChoice and Nigeria. The show will follow the format of a Broadway musical incorporating performances by some of Nigeria’s most popular and loved entertainment icons.
The confirmed artists for the show include 2Face Idibia, Tiwa Savage, Omawumi, Daddy Shokey and Seyi Shay. The drama troop to present is the Crown Troop of Africa.
In addition, the show’s script includes speeches by the MCN Leadership, and a representative of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
