Eat BreakFast And Live Longer; Why You Should Always Eat Breakfast


Are you in the habit of not eating breakfast? yes i know you have to wake up very early to leave for work and often times soon as you get to the office there is always something to attend to immediately, perhaps you skip breakfast because you've been told doing that will help you burn belly fat quickly or you just simply avoid breakfast to save you money by eating only lunch and dinner, or its just a case of i really dont know why i just happen to always not eat breakfast, well whatever your reasons are, here is to let you know you are doing it wrong, if you miss it because you are too busy, remember it's only someone who is alive for long that would work, if it's to burn belly fat, well your best bet is to eat breakfast if you want your belly fat to go down and if it's for the sake of saving more, i wonder how deny yourself such basic and important body needs just because you want to save money?
This is what researchers found out, over the years studies have shown that people who eat breakfast live longer because they are less likely to be obese and have less chances of having diabetes, people who eat breakfast tend to always be more mentally and physically alert than those who do not eat breakfast, this is what breakfast does to your body.
1. when you eat breakfast you tend to be full for longer and less likely to eat junks and snacks later in the midday or afternoon
2. it helps your body kick start into the release of enzymes that help the body metabolize and burn fats and calories
3. break gives your body the energy it needs to work and so you are less likely to get tired easily.
People who do mental jobs are more prone to not eating breakfast and the truth people whose jobs require much thinking and calculation need to take breakfast early on because they are more likely to stay put at their desk all through the day compared to those who do field work and the flip side of skipping breakfast for the sake of losing weight is that, when you skip breakfast perhaps even lunch you tend to make up for the absence of food by eating more later in the day and more so it might even be late in the evening, which does not do your body any good.
So if your thought that friend of yours that like to eat in the morning likes food too much, think again, he likes himself too much to want to have a short life, eat breakfast, eat healthy, live longer.
