POEM OF THE DAY

 LIFE
Daily I seek for this unsought knowledge so sweet
The more I read;the less I see
With a thousand thoughts fighting wethin me .
How wise is  merrying- making soul when he can’t stay meek?

How fulfilled is a rich man with no pint of peace?
Why do the poor enjoy such good sleep?
And the foolish are so proud of their folly
Why is life so unfair?

What’s chasing everyone from the rare?
And  why are all they running to pay the  fare?
So they can have their tiger share from materialism` care
Sitting as  the Lord of the world’s affairs

So we strive anticipatingly to enjoy
The lost fruits of our turbulent years.
What’s a ‘Tower of babel’ mansion without a home of peace
To call your own.

How blissful is marriage without a patient husband or sympathetic wife?
How colorful would radiate our ambitous lives?
Without a mantle of hope
We hold dear that everything  would be alright.
