Do’s & Don’ts After Your Job Interview

Posted by admin on November 17, 2012

Walk in interview that most of us have been overwhelmed and in a wide range of emotions, whether it be an annoying feeling of confidence and feeling less disturbing or positive experience. What emotions is important, not in an interview.
Job seekers can sometimes cause unexpected bias. We are conditioned to focus on preparing to play an important role in the recruitment process, such as a receipt will be sent to the interview, but what follows is often overlooked.
Make the same mistake, the number of job-seekers out there and totally missed the follow up to ensure a successful post interview experience. Here is a list of eight things to do to avoid the service:
1. Send a thank you note. Personal thank you letter in hand to quickly respond to every concern is an opportunity to once again position interest and is grateful for the opportunity. In order to ensure that the post will be created on the same day up to the interview to make sure it arrives in time for a potential employer. It is also important that a brief thank you e-mail to send to all those that you have issues with your time and your interest in the opportunity to thank you for the position.
2. Close network of professional social media. It is best to experience, but if in the end you really, you interview the interview is associated with an individual, add your professional social networks. If you have a short message, thank you for your time and interest are nearby, you can restore it.
3. Follow up. I hope that in your interview you have been engaged in post-interview tuning process chronology. It pays to be patient and work, but if you don’t hear anything within a certain period of time is your responsibility to reach back to the employer.
4. Watch the interview experience. If you take home interview, it’s time to take stock, questions and answers, it is necessary, because it is fresher in my head. Through the interview with your time to write a comment, you can estimate the overall experience also could ask that you continue to be in accordance with the opinion of the employer in the future.
Don’t:
1. Stop looking for a job. For the simple reason that you might feel like you’ve nailed the interview does not mean that you can do a search. Great interview is the only factor that is going to look for the right candidate. Gives an interview to “When” this job search to disrupt your excitement.
2 Be impatient. The installation process takes longer than most give-(jobseekers and employers). This causes the amount of work, as well as the feelings of anger, fear and uncertainty. Keep calm and not make a mistake when in contact with a potential employer.
3. Lose touch.Although the interview experience was below, must be read in the context of a potential employer. Instructions for the opportunity to show your gratitude.
(4) Is too aggressive. There is something too aggressively will scare a potential candidate for the employer. Use the interview to approach the tact and steps. A simple thank you is not enough to express the gratitude and email-and endless emails is not necessary.
If the interview is as important as the self interview. Let the interview sent to ruin your chances of ever made.
