Built in the late 1890s, the estate is now America's most expensive home for sale.Copper Beech Farm, named for the large copper beech trees
populating the property, occupies 50 acres on Long Island Sound,
including two offshore islands, a private beach and a 13, 500-square
foot Victorian mansion. It is listed publicly for sale for the first
time in more than a century.Copper Beech Farm's acreage boasts roughly a mile of water frontage on
the Long Island Sound, thanks in part to two offshore islands included
in the offering. The estate is located next to Mead Point, an exclusive
waterfront Greenwich community. Price tag: $190 million.
