1. Omotola got into acting by accident. She started out as a model, and followed her friend to an audition. Her friend didn't get the part but she encouraged Omotola to audition. The rest they say is history.
2. She got a role in the sequel of the Nollywood classic Nneka The Pretty Serpent but she turned it down because her mother did not approve of her role as a mermaid.
3. N43,000 was the fee Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde got from her first movie.

Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde along with her second daughter Meraiah stole the spotlight at Elite Model Look 2015.

Both mum and daughter wore crop tops to the event and looked stunning. Omotola wore a black crop top while Meraiah who just graduated from secondary school wore a white crop top.
