Sylvester Stallone turned 70 years old on July 6 and he could not have picked a better way to mark his life’s milestone by celebrating it with his whole family through a holiday in the south of France.
The day before his birthday, Sly and his wife Jennifer Flavin, with their three beautiful daughters Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet, were spotted arriving at the Nice airport in France, reports the Daily Mail.
The Hollywood veteran action star looked in great spirits leading the way for his wife and three daughters as they stroll out of the terminal.
Stallone wore a simple sportswear ensemble for the holiday trip, pairing his tracksuit bottoms with a black T-shirt and a white zip-up top.
He also wore a pair of silver trainers and accessorized with a large black bag slung over one shoulder.
The family was spotted flying out of the Los Angeles International Airport on Monday evening. It seems like the family had the trip all planned out for Stallone’s 70th birthday celebration as they wanted to be at their destination before July 6 that is why they made the trip on the Fourth of July.
So while the whole of the US was celebrating the Fourth of July, Stallone and his family decided to slip out of the country and into France for a birthday holiday two days later.
Keeping everything in order
Jennifer Flavin seemed to be handling her motherly duties when they were snapped at while at the Nice airport. She was seen keeping everything in order as she hauled back a black carry-on case and held on to the family’s stack of passports along with their boarding passes.
Back in April, Stallone revealed in an interview with Ellen DeGeneres that his wife and daughters were most definitely the ones who ruled the roost in their home.
The actor said that he basically keeps his mouth shut and does not cause any waves at all in the house and he said it while blushing.
Ellen was also quoted as saying to Sly that the actor was the sweetest guy that she has ever met, even saying that she just fell in love with the actor when she met him.
She also said that Jennifer Flavin is a fantastic wife but it’s all about women and women rules in the house.
Stallone said that there are times when he likes to hang out in a more male-dominated environment so he just sits in the house and watches the leaves fall off the tree of his life.

In celebration of Stallone’s birthday, The Telegraph of UK briefly elaborated on the actor’s accomplishments and durability as an action star.
But none could be more durable than some of his quotable quotes from previous interviews. Two of the best were the ones when he said things about his iconic Rambo character and also his appearance.
On Rambo, he was quoted as saying that the character is not violent. In fact, he said he believes that Rambo is a philanthropist.
When he was recently asked what the secret to his success was, Stallone was quoted as saying that he was not handsome in the classical sense. He said that his eyes droop, his mouth is crooked, his teeth are not straight, and his voice sounds like a Mafioso pallbearer.
Stallone then said that the good thing about his flaws is that it all worked well for him somehow.

Sylvester Stallone is a long-time friend of Muhammad Ali and it is because of the great ring tactician that Sly has become very passionate about the sport of boxing.
