they are currently looking to hire smart, young,enthusiastic and smart fresh graduates
 that are ready to learn and grow within the ranks in the organization.

Architect role 

Apart from other assignments ,this fresh graduate would work with an in house team of
 business development staff to draft proposals to various organizations for residential 
estate development,plaza development etc .

Location:Lagos Nigeria

Essential Duties & 

Responsibilities: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the 
essential duties satisfactorily. 

v Working closely with a team of other professionals such as Business development 
managers &executives ,building service engineers, construction managers,
 quantity 

v surveyors and architectural technologists

v Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts

v Choosing the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project

v Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget

v Playing a part in the project and Team management

v Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental 
impact and project budget

v Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using 
specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications

 

Required skills 

v Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

v Willingness to learn 

v High levels of creativity, imagination and vision

v A keen interest in the built environment, real estate industry and the dedication
 to see projects to their conclusion

v Willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure

v Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)

v A keen eye for the detail of specific tasks, combined with an understanding of how
 such specifics fit in with the project as a whole

v Organisational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle
 multiple tasks

v An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability

v Minimum of 0-2 years experience in Marketing or Sales

v NYSC discharge/exemption certificate

v Bachelors Degree in Architecture (Masters in Architecture an advantage)

Quantity Surveyor role 

Apart from other assignments,this fresh graduate would work with an in house team 
of business development staff to draft proposals to various organizations for residential
estate development,plaza development etc .The quantity surveyor will manage the
 costs relating to Real estate projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. 

Location:Lagos Nigeria

Essential Duties & 

Responsibilities: 

v Minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving
 the required standards and quality

v Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the
architect and/or the client

v Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work

v Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies

v Performing risk, value management and cost control

v Advising on procurement strategy

v Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks

v Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders

v Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports

v Valuing completed work and arranging payments

v Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations

v Price Bills of Quantity for projects tendered for by the company

v Prepare monthly project valuation reports.

Requirement:

v B.Sc.or HND Quantity Surveying

v 0-2years working experience

v Experience as QS for a construction company would be an added advantage

v Must have excellent understanding of how to prepare valuations and variation 
claims

v Must have good understanding of how to perform cost control analysis, and 
draw up reports on changes to work and contractor’s claims.

v Must understand the various methods of valuing preliminaries for an ongoing 
project

v Must have excellent understanding of grades of concrete with their mix ratios

v Must understand how to prepare material and labour schedule

v Willingness to learn
