Job Summary
·The Chief Commercial Officer plays a pivotal role in managing seven (7) main marketing functions covering Head Channels Strategy & Support, Head Technical Support Services, Director Sales, Head Customer Care, Director Enterprise Segment & Director Marketing in mind the three main differentiating factors that have been adopted by the company in its approach to the market namely Innovation, Quality & Customer Focus.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER CARE & CENTRICITY
·Provide broad guidelines for the translation of organisational strategies into specific operational plans and programs
·Drive a united, company-wide approach to Customer Centricity
·Collaboratively define the differentiating experience to be delivered and promote a persistent focus on the customer in the actions the company takes.
·Lead cross company agreement on how to deliver greatest value to the customer for optimum customer experience revenue, and profit
·Support leaders in their role as cultural leaders in the transformation journey.
·Establishes metrics for defining the relationship with customers
·Create a strategy to collaborate with marketing segments, Market Strategy, Pricing and Insights and finance to manage customers as an asset in all commercial decisions

·Coordinate the activities of the Regional Sales and Customer Care Divisions to ensure alignment with the overall objectives of the commercial department

·Oversee the development of unique value propositions, business partnerships, category management as well as calls-to-action-oriented advertising targeted towards key consumer segments that increases brand awareness, customer loyalty and sales volumes.

Requirement

·First degree from a recognized university is essential
·MBA/ Postgraduate degree in Sales&Marketing
·Membership of a relevant professional institution such as Chartered Institute of Marketing will be an advantage.
·Proven track record in senior marketing, customer care and sales roles within the telco industry.
·In-depth understanding of Marketing, Digital Marketing and Sales Direct and Indirect systems to support commercial Strategy.
·Twelve (12) to fifteen (20) years work experience with at least four (10) years at senior management level.

Job Summary
·Develop the corporate strategy and associated 5-year business plan & metrics and drive execution of the strategy across the different functions within the business.
·Provide guidance on the development & deployment of spectrum and 5G, IOT, AI, Big Data, MFS… technologies in line with Telecom’s  corporate strategy and evolving global technology trends.
·Liaise with Telecom’s Board strategy committee in order to ensure that synergies can be identified and leveraged.
·Develop and/or lead key strategic business development initiatives of a cross-functional nature and develop partnerships leading to specific initiatives of mutual benefit.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic
·Define Vision and Implement Innovation initiatives across the organization (Product innovation, Process innovation and Business Model innovation)
·Oversee the planning, design and rollout of an effective and sustainable corporate strategy and 5-year business plan.
·Provide on-going guidance and support to management in assisting them to develop initiatives in accordance with the corporate strategy.
·Refresh the strategy annually and update the broad definition of the operational programs developed to execute the strategy.

Operational
Ensure synergy, effective communication and collaboration in plans and activities of the various business areas in order to facilitate effective implementation of the corporate strategy.
·Oversee the preparation of the department’s annual budget and monitor its implementation
·Manage external consultants to ensure work quality and delivery of strategic projects within agreed timelines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
·First degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
·MBA or Post graduate/relevant professional qualification is required
·Proven track record in senior roles in the Telco industry.
·Proven track record at successfully managing teams and driving business improvements.
·Well-versed in developing and interpreting analytical reports used to measure change.
·Extensive experience in strategy, business development and project management.
·Twelve (12) to fifteen (15) years work experience with at least four (4) years at senior management level in a large/multinational business environment. Extensive experience in strategy, business development and project management. Telco experience is critical.

·Create value for the business through the development of innovative propositions, products & services ideas and strategies to enhance brand equity and strength. Develop a clearly defined marketing strategy to support consistent business growth.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic
·Oversee the development of unique value propositions, business partnerships, category management as well as calls-to-action-oriented advertising targeted towards key consumer segments that increases brand awareness, customer loyalty and sales volumes.

Define Strategy for Customer Acquisition and Churn Reduction, together with Loyalty program
Develop digital Marketing and New Business Model capabilities (Sales Funnels, Subs based marketing, email Marketing,)

Tactical
·
·Review proposed modifications aimed at enhancing existing products/services and ensure all proposed new products and services are aligned with the defined organisational quality standards.
·Oversee the origination of new propositions and ensure they are in line with customer and business needs.
·Implement Innovation in the Field of Marketing Survey, Event Based Marketing, Data Analysis using AI and Big Data

Operational
·Oversee the development of mobile application devices and services for user acquisition, usage and revenue generation.
·Partner with internal (consumer sales & service) and external (OEMs, suppliers etc) customers to develop strategies to drive availability & sale of devices.
·Perform other tasks as directed by the Chief Commercial Officer
·Develop internal capability in term of App Prototyping, Digital Marketing and Advert Campaign using (FB Ads, google Ads,…)


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
