This Train the Trainer course is designed to benefit employees that are being asked to design and/or deliver training in the workplace. Participants learn about the learning needs of adults, planning and developing different types of training, delivering and assessing the success of the training.ng the success of the training.

Course Objectives

At the end of the training, the participants are expected to be able to:

· Describe Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and the methods for identifying training needs

· Identify the components of a training design and some techniques and methodologies suitable for training

· Evaluate their peers and also receive feedback from them during class
